Hennie Human

Hennie set up his own Consulting Company, ExperiencesPlus! Ltd, in early 2004 to specialise in delivering effective web-based employee performance management and performance improvement solutions.

Prior to starting his own business, Hennie was a Consultant and Project Leader with Mariner7, a Carter Holt Harvey strategic HR consulting company delivering web-based employee performance management solutions.

Before joining Mariner7, Hennie was a Project Team Leader on Carter Holt Harvey's operational efficiency team as part of the company-wide performance improvement programme, Genesis. Hennie was a senior member of the Proudfoot NZ team, before joining Carter Holt Harvey.

He joined Proudfoot South Africa, an international management consultancy, after resigning from the South African Air Force. He quickly developed a solid record of accomplishment in business analysis, training, development and management of task forces and teams on projects.

After a successful career in the South African Air Force as a senior officer and pilot, with qualifications as an advanced flight instructor, a maintenance test pilot, and an aviation safety manager, Hennie chose a career in management consulting. As a consultant, he could apply and use his senior management, analytical, training, and people management skills to good effect.

Hennie's qualifications include a BSc (BMil) University of Stellenbosch, Diploma in Datametrics (Information Systems) University of South Africa, and a Certificate in Senior Management University of Stellenbosch Business School.
